Poor service and ******ion

At steers Musgrave I’ve ordered via Mr D but I was going to collect my order because it was my lunch and as per Mr D I was supposed to collect at 14:14. 14:14 nothing was ready. When I came back 14:30 they wanted to give me a burger was sitting there when I came in 1st time and they asked me to wait for the chips that they will which took another 15minutes then I asked them to cancel the order because I need fresh food for lunch and they refused
