Poor service and incompetence

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Steers Thabazimbi. I placed an order (#***) at 18:49, and now it’s 21:50 and I still haven’t received my food. This level of delay is completely unacceptable and shows poor service and lack of professionalism. My son ended up falling asleep while waiting for his meal, which is very upsetting. I expected better service and at least some communication regarding the delay. This experience reflects serious incompetence, and I hope it is addressed urgently.
