Poor service and disgusting food

My third bad experience with Steers .Poor service , bad attitudes cold and overdone food.I just have to lodge a complaint about this establishment. I purchased 4 combo meals .Burgers and chips with cokes.The girl who assisted me got irritated because Iasked her prices of the burgers and if they had same special like Parow branch. I ignored her blatant rudeness because Im fasting and i did not want to get upset .I proceeded to order then I waited a while the place was busy I am a patient person but to get home to find the most disguisting looking chips in all four packets. It looked as it the left overs of previous day .Small and over done with dark brown edges and this was R179 later . The chips were oily and not edible.If im paying that amount i would like to eat my chips too .I ask myself did they reheat this is oil and pass if off as fresh. I have pictures i would like to forward to this branches manager . Another complaint about Steers - Parow .They served me cold burgers i return and asked for warm ones they told they they would do fresh ones as they dont reheat burgers .I got to my car with the 3 burgers not knowing it was the same burgers cold with pipping hot chips.
