Poor service and cold food

I ordered food at 4:05 - I the food arrived at 5:45pm. It was ice cold and incomplete. I tried contacting the store and it went to their call center that is never answered. The chat line is useless. After we had finished heating the food and eating they brought the remainder of the order ice cold chips... I'm done with this *********** bunch
