poor service and burned food
IVE RECENTLY BEEN TO STEERS N1 CITY AND BOUGHT A KING STEERS BURGER .THE BURGER WAS SO BURNED THAT I COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT AFTER A LONG DAYS WORK.... I DROVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO STEERS TO REPORT THIS AND THE MANGER GAVE ME SUCH ATTITUDE REGARDING THE BURGER ...SHE NEVER APOLOGIES ARE EVEN EXPLAINED WHY THE BURGER WAS BURNED.. INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE BURGER SHE ALLOWED THE CHEFS TO CUT OF HALF OF THE BURGER THAT WAS BURNED AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME...I WAS IN UTTER SHOCK AND DID NOT WANT TO CREATE A SEEN AND JUST WALKED AWAY... WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD SERVICES AND GOOD FOOD QUALITY AFTER ALL WE PAY FOR GOOD FOOD AND SERVICES <br>
