Poor service and bad attitude

I went to Steers in Witpoortjie, Roodepoort last night to get a Wacky Wednesday. The lady helping us were extremely rude and unhelpful. We waited 45min for one Wacky Wednesday and one portion of chips. This is unacceptable. Everyone knows its wacky Wednesday... shouldn't they be prepared for a rush??? While waiting for our food, we decided we would like to have an ice cream. I spoke to the lady and told het how I want my ice cream. I wanted caramel at the bottom of the tub, then ice cream half way, a little bit of caramel in the middle and the more on top of the ice cream. The lady stopped me in the middle of my instructions and almost shouted at me that she will not do it this way. I told her I don't mind paying extra but this is want I wanted as a paying customer. She still refused to help me. We did buy the ice cream but it was not the way I wanted it. The burgers fell apart when we opened them. It was stacked horribly skew and the sauce were all over the box. The patties were medium - raw. Steers will never see me again!!!
