Poor service all around

I really do not understand why you take additional orders when you know that you don't have the capacity to service your customers. We made an order at 17:07 and it's now 19:25 and our order hasn't arrived. I'm sitting with hungry kids that are constantly complaining about wanting something to eat. I should've known better than to place an order with u guys. I've now been trying to call your thorntree brance where I placed the order but their number doesn't go through
