Poor Service!!

This is a complaint directed to steers located in Chris Hani Crossing Mall At Vosloorus, I don't know how they think it's okay for them to accept an order and not deliver it,as if that's not enough they do not even call I mean simple call to notify us that they are having problems and they will not be able to deliver our food, and what's weird is we called them and asked if we will receive the order or not and they said the order is on its way!?we waited for them like crazy people and we called them like we were out of our minds and they no longer got back to us it's been more than three hours now. Honestly I want them to explain how their service is fair and let people sleep with hunger, HONESTLY I'M DISSAPPOINTED!!!
