Poor service

I bought a single rack at Glenwood and I got 4 ribs and had to drive back to complain and was told my order was correct they had weighed it and it’s right my question is if one day you weigh them and you get 2 ribs will they still sale it to the customer so I asked for my money back from a rude manager and drove again to Westville where I did in fact get a single rack I have a pic of this to prove! Why did Glenwood manager treat me like an idiot instead of fixing my order!!!
