Poor service

Poor service at steers Queensburgh by engine garage. I phoned to place a delivery orders for both steers and fishaways. Dina agreed that both orders will be delivered at the same time after 45 minutes. Boom the order came after an hour 30 minutes it was short with no milk shakes no chips no fishaways. I phoned several time asking for the managers but there were no where to be found on the phones because there were offline, what nonsense was that??? Manager's were not taking phone that we use for orders !!! What type of pride is that????? Poor service ever
