Poor Service

I placed an order at 16:47, followed up at 17:30 advised the order is ready, followed up again at 18:01 advised the order is ready they are just waiting for drivers, followed up again at 18:50 advised the order is on it’s way with the driver. 19:30 the driver comes, drops the food and rushes to the next order saying it’s late and if it’s wrong I must phone, the package was torn.

What upsets me is... I already paid for the order and already tipped the driver online and I’m the one doing follow ups, no apologies for the delay, now I have to eat 3hour hour old food.

With my previous order I had to use my car and drive to the shop because the speed point was faulty and I had waited long food my order and it was near closing time for the shop. I let that one slide and never complained. This is Steers Lenasia South disappointing me once again.
