Poor service

I ordered a King steer burger online at Steers Sheffield Street,Lenasia South. In my order I clearly indicated that I want the meal to come with chips. Upon arrival of the order which took over an hour there were no chips. I phoned from 14:10 till 14:45 but still my query was not being attended to
