poor service
This place has no customer service what so ever I ordered two wacky Wednesday burgers one chicken and one beef it took them 25 minutes to make the burgers. I went up to the cashier and asked how long it normally takes and she told me 5 minutes when I asked why it took so long they told me that there was no chicken and that that was the reason why it took so long I asked why she didn't tell me that in the beginning she started to argue with one of the staff in the kitchen I took my money back and decided never to go to steers again. 25 minutes for a burger unacceptable
