Poor service

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the service at Steers Kroomboom. At 18:10, I placed an order for 10 Wacky Wednesday meals. The TV screen that usually shows when orders are ready was broken. I waited an entire hour for my food, and if I hadn’t gone to query why it was taking so long—and why customers who ordered after me were being served first—I would probably still be waiting.

Only then was I told that you have to hand in your slip, even though orders were being called out for collection the whole time. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty, Patience, the staff refused to call her.

When I finally got my order and returned home, the food was cold and the rolls were stale. I am beyond disappointed—after waiting an hour, I received old, cold food. This is completely unacceptable.
