Poor Service

I’m utterly disappointed with the service at this Steers Food Outlet at Nkomo Village Shopping Complex Atteridgeville this fast food place,we’ve placed an order 19:22pm on 30/04/2021,now it’s 21:00pm the order is still not delivered and they are not picking up calls,what kind of service is this?
