poor service
<p>I ordered food, waited for half an hour. when I asked i got ignored, I saw how my order was pushed under the new orders. Which resulted in me having to speak to a manager, who also had to search for my order. The manager had to put my order together. I will never order food from heidelberg mall's steers again. </p>
