Poor service

On Saturday evening, i was looking for the telephone number of Steers Oakdene/Comaro, i then called Steers Braamfontein, the female that answered the call told me that she does not know the number, i then requested her to forward my call to the Manager to assist, she then dropped the call. i then called back, this time it was a male voice answering the phone, i then explained what had just happened, he then forwarded my call to the Manager, speaking to the Manager, i explained what happened also, he then told me that they do not have contact numbers of other branches including the head office only their counterparts around the vicinity, i surprised that they do not have contact numbers of their branches and then dropped the phone. How do you operate as an franchise when you do not have contact numbers of your branches including your head office.
