Poor Service

I would like to lodge a complaint against Steers Gezina the branch manager namely Moketse, my wife ordered 3 wackey wednesdays and 3 large chips at 17:05. At 18:50 we canceled the order due no deliverance of our order and 3 phone calls later where we got 3 different stories as to where our food is at. This is utterly unacceptable and pour service. I would like to hear feedback from the Franchise manager regarding this matter as to how STEERS SA is going to deal with this individual.
