Poor service

I went to the steers at N17 in secunda today and what a mess. I ordered online and when i got there i stood and wait because there is only one behind the counter, while she was busy arguing with the client in front of me. when i got to the counter and wanted to pay she tells me the card machine does not work(no where is a notice about this). I then went out again and i drew money and when i got to pay eventually after no apologies i got my food and left that was cold and hard by this time! The service is utterly poor here and a reminder why i should not buy there
