Poor service

Went to steers in promenade mall there was *** guy assisting at the till i order 2 cones and while he making the cone i ask him why is it so small his response is the ice cream is pap.... he den called sum1 else to make da cone as he was struggeling to get the cone in shape....

Not longer after that my mom told him did he watch how the other girl made the cone and he blunty ignored and gave her look.... The kitchen staff was laughing while this happend ...i told him that he is working with customer and should acknowledge dem and not pull his face ...i.requested to speak to the manager and all of a sudden he or she isn there
