Poor Service

Good Day I placed an order at 17:05 yesterday 21.05.2021 for collection. The estimated time of delivery was 45 min as per contact agent. At 18:05pm I called requesting an update as delivery was way overdue. I was then informed that I should give it another 3 min. At 18:30pm I phoned again wanting to speak to a manager, I was transferred to a Lady that was beyond rude, who told me that she was at home and what is she to do and then put the phone down in my ear... I then tried to call again and then did not get through, the driver arrived at 19:00 with very very cold food.... this must have been the worst experience in service that I have ever encountered in my whole life. I will never ever order from you again and I will make sure that I will inform everyone I know about your pathetic service. I was absolutely disgusted.
