Poor service

I would like to know what time does steers start operating on Sundays coz clearly your employees don't follow the guidelines u set out for them, I got there at 9 am only to find out they are cleaning, okay I was patient enough to wait then I decided that I will wait in the car and order online, 20 minutes later I went inside to ask how long will the food be ready the lady inside had a bad attitude she rep**** by telling me it's Sunday things are slow it's only now(09h20) they switching on the stove il have to wait for more than an hour. So my question is what time does the store open? How long does it take to prepare 4 burgers
