Poor quality of food

Good day,

My boyfriend and I visited Steers at Wonderboom junction @ 20:45pm on the evening of 08 August 2019, we went to them as KFC opposite them had a long queue at that time of the evening.

Only after our purchase of a Cheese burger with chips, we went to our car as we were hungry and started eating a cold burger by the time we left they had closed their doors and we were the last customers to purchase at their store. We could see when we walked in the store that they were'nt eager to help us as it was late.

Two weeks later after work we tried a Steers in Queenswood thinking we love steers maybe this would be a better experience , but to our surprise the burger was also cold and the taste was not as lovely as a warm patty.

After being disappointed so many times now by 2 different stores we rather stick to Mcdonalds and KFC
