Poor quality of food at Steers Suncoast

A short while ago we had the misfortune of ordering both a chicken burger meal as well as a beef burger meal for our daughters from Steers at SunCoast.

After paying close to R150 one would think that the Steers meals across the food chain would be more or less consistent as this is a reputable franchise.

Well Steers SunCoast is anything but reputable in this regard as their food proved to be of a poor quality. Their buns seemed stale and their patties are small and indeed a *******. They even forgot to add lettuce to one of the two meals.

Further to this the managers seemed disinterested and reluctant to accept that their store is producing food that in our opinion is of an inferior quality.

Please could the quality of food at this outlet be looked into.
