POOR QUALITY OF FOOD

Ordered for delivery at Long street Branch, we always order and the food is always fantastic, however today the food was so horrible I ordered 6 different meals and in each meal there was something wrong, salad that was ordered was so soggy, the flame grilled chicken was all raw, the burger combos the worst as the rolls was extremely hard and could taste that it was not fresh as well as the cool drinks that was delivered was not even the ones that was ordered and I told the delivery guy this was the wrong cool drink but it would've been to much hassle to send it back and wait for another one my order came to R305.20 and I still gave the delivery guy a tip, this is really unacceptable, I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND WONT BE ORDERING FROM STEERS AGAIN AND AS PER YOUR SYSTEM YOU CAN SEE THAT I PLACE AN ORDER ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK AND UP UNTIL NOW I HAVE BEEN SATTISFIED, BUT TODAY WAS THE WORST MEAL I ATE FROM STEERS...
