Poor quality food and bad customer service

I ordered Burgers and chips with an extra side dish (chips with bacon bits). To my shook when I open the box, it wasn't bacon bits but bacon fats! Disgusted, I call the store to ask the manager and was put on hold till I hangup. He shortly called back and said he must check for something. I'm still waiting for a promised call back. Steers Midway Mews, Vorna Valley, Midrand don't care for their customers. They serve poor quality food and simply couldn't give two cents about customer service.
