Poor quality food

Ordered a wacky Wednesday today to share with my wife and to our amazement, I got a cooked burger and she got a raw one. Absolutely pathetic guys. Mind you she is pregnant on top of it all and it has been noted that raw meat poses a huge danger for unborn kids. Seems as though this branch has steadily gone down the drain. 2 months back we ordered ribs over the phone. Went to pick it up and when we got home we found 2 small, probably weeks old ribs in the box with brown, hard, clearly OLD chips. Thought it was a once off but seems this is the cost of getting new staff (yes we are weekly buyers but I guess its time to move on.)
