Poor quality food

I ordered 3 Phanda meals, including one with sauce, but without the garnish. Upon arriving home, I opened the bag and saw that all 3 packets of chips were glistening with oil. The 3 burgers and 3 packets were all placed in the same, small, Steers bag. This resulted in squashed chips and burgers. In addition, the one burger had no sauce on it. It was all incredibly unappetising. However, it was too far to drive back to return the meals. I am disappointed because normally, Steers is quite renown for a consistent, good meal and also having the best chips in the fast food business. Because of this experience, I doubt that I will be visiting the Die Boord branch of Steers again. I am very, very disappointed. It is shocking that Steers would actually allow such poor quality food to leave their premises. This will most certainly result in huge losses in revenue.
