Poor quality controle

Always a loyal Customer of steers.....but when they deliberetly turn your hamburger into a bowl of soup with their steers sauce so that the bun is wet.....you call to the customer care line......the phone is disconnected or ended....and nobody calls back.....not so loyal any more....
