Poor quality bughers

Recently a couple of times I bought chicken burgers with rotten patty and I address the issue with the manager and he assured me that it won't happen again. Apparently in one instance this lead to severe vomiting to my fiancé.Today I received raw chicken patty. I explained to the manager but I wasn't satisfied by his response.
