Poor Quality

I ordered quarter mild chicken & chips from the Drive Thru. I waited for my order & as I drove off, I pulled aside to check my order. I got a leg portion instead of the breast portion & it looked like it was the hot flavour. They exchanged the portion. I'm not sure if the mild sauce has chilli seeds mixed in it but there were chilli seeds & it tasted s bit got. I'm an Indian but I don't consume food that is spicy hot due to health reasons.

The reason that I went to Steers, is because I like the chips but the chips were soft & soggy verses the usual firm & crispy chips. I like chips alot but was disappointed by the quality of the chips. I should have ordered food from Mochacho's which is close to the Wilgeheuwel Steers.

I sent an email to: ***, at 16:18 on 1 November, but didn't get a response.

I have the receipt but the order & invoice number got raised mistakely with the sanitizer but I used my cheque card to pay, which reflects on my bank statement.
