Poor quality and lack of customer concern.

Hi ,<br> <br> I am really disappointed that there is no care to respond, I received no response to the Steers info email address too.<br> <br> I would like express my dismay :<br> <br> I visited steers in East gate Mall , on a business trip to JHB , it was empty ,and I ordered a burger meal and I received the burger 5 minutes later, <br> <br> It was my first mushroom and cheese burger and regretfully it has been the worst burger I have ever tasted in my life to date.<br> <br> The mushroom and cheese sauce and patty was cold , the chips old and sloppy.<br> <br> I couldn't get hold of the manager and I just left .<br> <br> Extremely disappointed.<br>
