Poor management
I ordered 3 double rack rib combo's, but only received one. I then had to stand and watch the cook prepare more, and then box clearly undercooked ribs, that I can promise you were nowhere close to the 600grams on the menu. Another lady was made to wait 40 minutes for her order also. Surely on a friday night management can be better prepared and not serve sub standard product that costs an arm and a leg. Steers will not see me again.
