Poor food quality and horrible customer service

I ordered the "grilled" wings and chips special from Steers Modimall. It was on the 30th of May ( a Saturday) my wings were not appetizing. They looked like they were warmed up and put into the sauce that comes with it. They were bland and tasteless. I was hungry and busy (I work in retail) I didn't have the luxury to go back to have them "fix" it.( which is shouldn't even have to do) I ate 1 wing and gave the other 2 away. Their fries were dry and tasted stale too. I logged a complaint the same day and steers decided not to attend to it until the 8th of June asking me to provide this information: Order number, Time and Date of Visit. 9 days later im supposed to remember the time? Should I have kept my receipt for 9 days? So... poor food quality, poor customer service 100% for that.
