Poor delivery service

I got very poor service from the Monument Park branch of Steers. I placed a delivery order for Chicken with chips and coleslaw at about 5:15 pm and the delivery guy arrived at my gate about 6pm which is not fast but acceptable considering my house is only 10 minutes drive away from Steers. On opening the packet inside my house I found hamburgers instead of chicken and phoned Steers who said they had sent the wrong order and that mine was still on the counter and would be sent immediately. I phoned Steers another 3 times while waiting an hour for my delivery which arrived cold and without the coleslaw at 7pm. I sympathise with the unfortunate person who’s hamburgers were wrongly delivered to me.
