POOR CUSTOMER S****S

I am so disappointed at spur, i placed a order online, the order was made and paid online, for some reason when I get to the store i was notified that my payments has not been received online, i than paid again using my card, however i looked at my bank statement that shows the payments deducted online, so i paid double and have not been given a refund after numerous times i reported this.
