Poor customer service, unprofessional and dishonesty

I placed an online order from one of their restaurant and my order was never delivered, I woke up the following day with no communication or any explanation. I went straight to their website (and social media) to lay a complain and I was promised my money back within 48 Hours but it has now been almost 2 week without anything
