Poor customer service on more than one occassion

Last week Monday my friend and I decided to get Steers at Spine Road Rockland's (Mitchell's Plain) - I ordered the Get Real Burger Meal (beef) The Cashier tells me they don't have beef left, only Chicken. Not impressed I say that's fine and wait for my order. My friend ordered a large chips. We leave get home and find the hot chips to be horrible and of poor quality. Mostly burnt chips!<br> <br> Then on Saturday I went to get food at the same store, thinking I'd have a better experience and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered 2 Shake It Up Meals. I receive the meals (then ask the Cashier for sachets of sauce and a cup holder, and surprisingly the have non in stock!<br> <br> I definitely wont advise anyone else to order food at that store - how do they expect to make business with that kind of service? <br> <br> Never going back to that store again
