POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW UP
<p>I placed an online order with steers vanderbijlpark (Hendrik van Eck BLVD) 29 June. I asked for chicken burgers but received beef burgers. One of the burgers had onion on - which I am incredibly allergic to. Luckily I checked the burger first. I had requested no garnish on the burgers whatsoever. Thandiwe Mkhwa**** the Customer relations manager was in touch on the 29th June but I have still not heard back from the store. I've always had fantastic service from this Steers so I'm rather disappointed with this incident. </p> <p> </p>
