Poor customer service

Phone calls are never picked up for orders.

This happened two times with the same cashier called Portia. She had an unpleasant attitude on both occasions when i was telling her that i have been calling with no answer. Her response was if she doesn’t answer the phone that means she is busy for that and i am not the only person who calls the store. Yesterday i got late at work waiting for my order for over 30 minutes. This could’ve been avoided if the calls were being picked up. To me it seems like when ever she works in front the calls are never answered.
