Poor customer service

Customer service doen not matter at this store, I will think after COVID lockdown the customer service will improve but no, can not order on line, when getting to the store to order they said that they don’t have the regular buns. Asking how will the compromise for this, the reaction was noting, not even on the price or extras. So why must the customer alway compromise on the service or quality but must pay the same amount? It is all about the attitude towards the customer, not just no deal with
