Poor customer service at Steers Upington CBD

I have been in Upington for work purposes and was impressed by the quality of food and the services until recently. I normally visit Steers in Upington CBD every Wednesday to get my hands on the Wacky Wednesday. However recently, I have been disappointed by the quality of service by the staff members including the manager(s). The staff would just leave the till ages without informing customers of the reason which lead to other customers deciding to spend their hard earned money else where and this is done during the busy time as it's month end, the staff is not friendly as they would be having a conversation with each other while taking your order which results in having to repeat your order multiple times. What set me off today was the fact that I bought 1/4 chicken with pap, upon collection of the order I was told they have run out of s****s (it might seem insignificant, however little things count the most and it just shows incompetence from the responsible managers that couldn't even anticipate this on time).

If you are in a rush or very hungry, I would advice you not to go to Steers in Upington CBD as you will have to deal with long waiting times and unfriendly staff.
