Poor Customer Service at Steers- Sandton City (Food Court)

I had such a poor customer service experience at the Steers in Sandton City(food court). I waited +30 min for a soft swirl and it was on purpose. Initially, Ms. Gwala didn’t want me to make the purchase of a cone soft swirl for unknown reasons, instead she gave me an excuse that the soft swirl isn’t ready but a few minutes ago my colleague had made a purchase and there was never a time I had seen anyone pour the liquid ice- cream into the machine. The soft swirl has always been there. Instead, the supervisor/ assistant (short, dark and has dreadlocks) kept on advising one of the tellers that I buy a cup soft swirl not a cone. It looks like they didn’t want me to buy the soft swirl because it’s not as expensive as other servings on their menu. I had to wait until the supervisor/ assistant gave Ms. Gwala an instruction to process the purchase and I also had to wait to get the soft swirl. There weren’t a lot customer so I would not they were occupied hence they couldn’t assist, it was out of spite and disrespect. I don’t think I’ll ever set foot there because an appalling service I received. The staff requires proper customer service training.
