Poor customer service at Steers Platekloof

I was at a Steers in Plattekloof yesterday late afternoon. The complaint is not on the food, but poor customer service. Orders were not issued by order numbers, but were given to customers who placed their order slips on the counter to undermine the order process and the staff were encouraging it. Some of us who were waiting patiently for just over an hour only realised when customers that came after me where getting their orders. This experience spoiled my Steers experience
