Poor customer service

Steers OR Tambo, bought three cup ice creams, I asked for lids and cup holder, she said she doesn't have, I asked if there's any at the back she said no, how was I supposed to carry three ice creams and burgers bought at steers? Poor customer service from Dakalo Manwadu
