Poor customer service

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, & an employee calls to tell me that they don't deliver after a certain time hence my order was cancelled. I did not receive my refund as promised since then nor did i receive a call back after trying to reach out. I'm utterly distraught with the work ethic of this restaurant.
