Poor Customer Service

I have never in my life experienced such arrogant and bad service from Steers. I have been going to this particular branch/site for a while and have NEVER had such bad service!<br> <br> Yesterday i drove through the \drive through\", placed the order and paid. At the next window (where you collect) only to be told I must park the car in front and walk in to collect as it will take 10 min. After 20 minutes i walked in and asked why they dont close the drive through as i dont see the purpose of the entire concept. The ladies behind the counter ignored me, at first.<br> <br> After waiting for the 2 burgers, i noticed that the food court and kitchen is dirty.<br> <br> Upon arriving home, both patties on the burgers ordered were raw on the inside and burnt to a crisp on the outside?? Flame Grilled?<br> <br> The service, and food is not what it was and your service and quality is like the rest of SA. On a downward sliding scale.<br> <br> Not impressed."
