Poor customer service

The stuff is rude, they lack good communication s****s and customer service is low...I placed an order online (the Steers app shows you the restaurants that are closer to you so you can place an order there) at 11:40 am on the 26 of November 2019 at 13:00 they had not yet delivered so I called them to ask about my order they said they hve sent my order out. 13:20 I called again this time they bounced me around different people at one point they shouted at me and said they don't deliver where I am. I called the head office around 13:46 to report this thing around 13:58 I got a call from Steers Green stone and they told me that they don't deliver where I am still and they will then give my order to the Edenvale so I should stop complaining.
