Poor customer service

I visited the Athlone Steers on 05 Jan & purchased the cheesy chips. While waiting for it, my 6 yr old daughter needed to go to the loo. Only to find that there wasn't any toilet paper. I went to the teller to ask for toilet paper and she said no. I then asked her for serviettes and she said \serviettes only come with the meals"and refused to give me any. After demanding the serviettes for my chips she eventually gave it to me. When I asked for her manager she said he wasn't there. I then asked for her name and after hesitating gave me a **** name of Pume when in fact the till slip showed Beauty Mthiyane. Today I happened to go back there and purchased 2 Wacky Wednesday specials when I saw Rishi the manager.
