Poor Customer Service

Steers Vryheid customer service not prioritized. Called in to order food for delivery yesterday but they decided not to deliver or even call to advise me that they wont be delivering my order. When I called in this morning to find out what happened the lady Busie she did not have answers promised to get back to me till now. Why have delivery service if they fail to deliver.
